Welcome to the Canadian Company that specializes
in providing "Direct" electronic contact and information delivery
services to Canada's Life and Dual licensed professionals.
How
accurate is your database?
Emails and fax numbers are kept 100% accurate. We manage
this by using them constantly which helps us identify those that
change as a result of ever-changing circumstances. When they do
change, we have full time researchers who will find the corrected
information and input it into our database. As for phone
numbers and mailing addresses, the degree of accuracy depends on the
amount of usage. We take several measures to ensure a high rate of
accuracy but in any event, we only charge for good information that
you can use.
Can I target select groups?
Absolutely. We have several fields in our databases
from which you may select any combination, including:
·Life licensed ·Life & Mutual
Funds Licensed ·Mutual Funds Licensed
·
First Name · Last
name · Street
mailing address ·
City/Town ·
Province
·
Primary insurance company · Primary
MGA affiliation
·
Area code · Postal
code
·
Types of industry credentials held · Million
Dollar Round Table or higher qualification status.
So, if you wanted us to email all CLU,s who are dual
licensed, qualify for MDRT and work in Toronto City and are
sponsored by XYZ company, we can handle it with ease. Or it might be
all those in a certain postal code or area code or maybe within an
hours drive of an upcoming seminar location. Whatever your desire,
chances are we can make it happen.
What
kind of messages can I send these people?
You have several options. It might be a fancy email with
HTML included right in the main text, or it can be personalized to
go to "Dear First Name". We can use their name as often as desired
throughout the message. Or, we can include attachments like PDF
files or Word or several other types. Or, we can store your file in
a place on the Internet so that it can be viewed by the email
recipient simply by clicking on the link we'd provide in the email.
This is useful because even though most people have anti virus
protection, they are not comfortable enough with it to feel
confident about opening attachments. Any message sent by email can
also have a direct link to your main web page or any desired
location inside your web site.
Plus of course we can send your message by fax and we can
put it in front of up to 35,000 producers instantly using this
method.
Who
uses these services?
Canada's leading insurance and paramedical
companies, MGA's (Managing General Agencies), Mutual
Fund companies, industry professional organizations, credit
unions looking for new agents, and other parties that have a need to
get their message in front of Canada's Life or Life & Mutual
funds licensed professionals.
Is
any job too small?
You can have your message put in front of just one producer
or all 40,000. So while there's no job too small, our minimum fee
for email services is $375 and for fax it's $450. So, if you have a
meeting going on in your area and wish to invite either all licensed
people within an hour's drive or just those that meet more specific
selection criteria, we will make it happen.
How
quickly can I get my message out?
Often we can have your message directly in front of those
from Gander Newfoundland to Vancouver Island within 30 minutes of
the message being properly delivered to us.
What
are some examples of how we'd use your service?
It might be a message about certain products or services
being offered by an insurance or mutual
fund company, or those of an MGA. Common examples
would be an insurance or mutual fund company wanting Canada's
reps to learn about a new or existing product or special
commission bonus. An MGA wanting to fill up a seminar or an industry
association wanting to increase membership or attendance at an
upcoming sales congress or other type of meeting. It might also be
to inform the financial services community about your unique
service or product.
How
do I proceed or inquire about your service and service
fees?
First we must establish to whom the message should go and
how.
So, you simply to let us know what you are
trying to achieve. Your question might be, "How many people could we
fax a message to in the Greater Toronto Area and how much would it
cost"?
We will reply as quickly as possible. If you are satisfied
with the results and wish to proceed, you would prepare your message
(we will assist if possible) which can be sent to us in an email and
when we have your final approval we will put it in front of the
agreed upon number of people within the required time frame.
How
can I pay for these services?
Payment can be made by cheque or money order.
Do
you have references we can contact?
Yes, we have several very satisfied clients including
presidents of major corporations and other key corporate people in
some of Canada's largest financial services companies. Please see
the following "testimonials" from National Life, Medisys and
Industrial Alliance. If you would like more, just contact us. service@ibmco.ca
The Insurance Brokerage Marketing Company provided excellent support and response to National Life's marketing communications email program. Your comments and suggestions added value to our messaging and your service was virtually immediate in every case. Your email list was the most effective media we used in driving traffic to our targeted web-sites".

"In employing an established database company, our goal
was to reach as many life insurance professionals as possible in
order to promote our services. Using the services of Insurance
Brokerage Marketing, and their database, we have sent thousands
of informative and highly professional e-mails to Advisors all
across the Country. Awareness of our services has increased, and our
order numbers have increased proportionally. Through our alliance
with Insurance Brokerage Marketing, more financial services
professionals than ever before are turning to Medisys for their
insurance medical needs.

Who
are some of your clients?
They have included such companies as AIG Life of Canada,
AIM Trimark, Canada Life, Compulife, Equinox Financial Group, Great-West Life, Industrial Alliance
Pacific, London Life, Medisys, National Life, Quality
Underwriting/Bodi Metric profiles, Transamerica Life, most of
Canada's leading MGA's and several other companies related to
Canada's Financial services industry. Plus they have included Advocis, formerly The
Canadian Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (CAIFA),
The Canadian Association of Financial Planners (CAFP), The
Independent Financial Brokers of Canada (IFBC) and The Canadian
Association of Independent Life Brokers Association
(CAILBA).
How
much are your services?
Unbelievable but true! Far less than the cost of using Canada Post given that for a regular sized envelope you'll pay 50 cents for postage alone, plus you
have printing, envelope and staff labor costs to prepare your
mailing. For a quote specific to your needs, please contact Wanda
at service@ibmco.ca
Do
recipients want these messages?
We do not send messages to those who have not given us permission to do so
because it's obvious to us that it makes no sense to provide
information to those who do not want it.
Those who choose to receive our messages do so because
they are open minded enough to want to receive ideas and information
that may help them help their clients. And they agree to receive
them on the understanding that they may request exclusion from any
specific companies they don't want to hear from.
After we send the first broadcast for you,
interested recipients will either respond and request
information, or they will ingore the message because the content
does not interest them at this time, or if they simply don't
want to hear from your company again, they may click on the link
that we send with all messages which allows them to be excluded from
any additional messages we may send out for your company in the
future. We immediately comply with all "remove"
requests.
The end result is, those who read your message and do not
click on this "remove" link, are open to receiving your future
messages. This makes subsequent contacts very effective.
To get on our list, life licensees either have to go to http://www.ibmco.ca/agents, or, they must give us permission by phone and subsequently email
How
effective is this service?
So effective that others have recently started offering a resemblence of our services. But, the most anyone can email is about 13,000 and thousands of those are people who by virtue of their contract cannot do business outside the company they are a "captive" agent with. If you try our competition, we're confident you'll come to us very quickly.
As for the medium, unlike when you use printed advertising which makes it
difficult to know what impact it's having, we have ways of gauging
success using email. For example, we have a Major Insurance company
who had us send a message across Canada and while their normal "hit"
rate on their web site was about 100, the first day of our broadcast
they had nearly 20,000. And there were many replies asking about how
to initiate new business relationships.
Another company was offering term rate comparisons and had a
dramatic increase in hits AND orders after our broadcast.
We have numerous examples of situations where clients have
used our service and we were able to clearly identify the positive
impact we had on their bottom line. We will provide you with
references in this regard upon your request.
What
is Dual Licensed?
Life and Dual Licensed means those who hold a license to
sell Life Insurance, as well as a license to sell mutual
funds.
What
differences are there between your service and using Canada Post or
Insurance Courier Service?
Several. Perhaps most importantly is the cost. Say your
message is to go to 6000 life licensed professionals in Ontario.
With either of them you'll first need to print off 6000 flyers or
invitations and incur those costs. Then, you must pay for and put
addresses on 6000 envelopes and pay your staff for many hours to
stuff them. And finally, you'll pay at least 50 cents each for postage (using prices in effect
as of Dec 2005) if using Canada Post (assuming you know who and
where these people are).
With us, you have your staff type up the message, email it
to us, we'll put it in front of these 6000 people "instantly" by
email or fax for far less than the cost of postage alone.
Plus, with us, you can be very specific about who it goes
to. For example, if you just want all CLU's, who are dual licensed
and who's primary insurance company is XYZ, we can do it. Or, it
might be all Mutual Funds licesned people
who work in downtown Toronto, no problem. Or those in the
416 area code or specific postal code. You may choose from any
combination of our numerous
fields.
