It’s possible to retroactively add the Premium Refund guarantee on a Prohealth Disability policy! To do so, send a request from the representative or policyholder to repservices@humania.ca before October 1, 2021.
Premium arrears will be deducted as part of the pre-authorized withdrawal for policies
paid monthly. The premium balance must be paid by cheque or credit card for policies paid annually.
